We want you to love your Kynd Co piece. If it is not quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with their original packaging when possible.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

How to start a return:

Email us with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery.
