Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery: transit usually takes about 5–8 business days, so most orders arrive about Processing Time + 5–8 business days after you order. Times can vary with destination, customs, holidays and carrier delays. You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships (tracking can take 24–48 hours to update).
Shipping cost: free on orders of 2+ items or $50+; otherwise standard shipping is $2.99. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, France and Germany. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
Returns: request a return within 60 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging. Please email support@kyndco.com first — don’t send items back without contacting us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds go to the original payment method (allow up to 10 business days). Personalized items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
